The Ascension Baseball team competes within the Coastal Catholic League. Tryouts for boys in grades 5 through 8 are usually held the end of February. The season generally runs from March through May. Games are played after school and occasionally on Saturday. A fee to cover field usage, referees, banquet, and shirt is charged at a rate of approximately $50 per player.
