General Mills Box Tops for Education | ||||||||||||||||||||
Updated September 9, 2006
Each year we collect Box Tops from General Mills products to earn 10 cents per box top from the Box Tops for Education program. You can help by clipping Box Tops and send them to school with your child. Print out the list of brands and post in the kitchen as a reminder. Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, cereals, Bisquick, Yoplait, Totino's...
Why? Because...we can purchase items for the school using the earned Box Top money. Since Ascension has been collecting Box Tops in 2002 we have earned $10,438! With which we have exchanged to receive the new flagpole in front of the school, the trash receptacles on the playground, the six picnic tables on the playground, tables and chairs and educational software for the school. With last year's collection we were able to purchase new risers for the school that will be used for the yearbook pictures, kindergarten graduation and other school events. As the school year progresses you will notice a poster in each hallway showing the current totals for each classroom. Help your child(ren)'s class bring in the most box tops. Please help us earn money for the school by sending in the General Mills cereal box tops.
It's Easy! Peek inside your pantry and you will be surprised at how many General Mills products you buy on a routine basis. Visit the Box Tops for Education program or a list of participating brands and products. Ask grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends...even co-workers!... to help collect them. It is important to collect the correct box top...the ones that have the "Big G Box Tops for Education" logo on the cereal box or the snack products top. Keep collecting the Box Tops and turn them into your child's teacher to reach our goal!
