†  Bonus Incentive: It is the policy of Bingo Support not to take any requests regarding the BINGO Schedule. However, this year, if you are turning in this contract before the Feb 15th 2008 early registration deadline, we will allow you to give us one “Please don’t schedule me” date.  We will do our best to accommodate that request. If you met this deadline with cake payment, please write one date below that you wish NOT to be scheduled for Bingo.  (Bingo is on Mondays and Thursdays June 1st 2008 thru May 31st 2009)

† Holiday Schedule: We would like to try something new, and schedule volunteers to work during Holiday breaks. We currently offer double volunteer points (40 pts/night) for working Bingo on Labor Day, Christmas Break, Spring Break and Memorial Day.  We will also take volunteers who want to work their obligation night on a holiday.  You will receive credit for the obligation night and get 20 volunteer points. If you are interested in either of these please tell us below and tell us which holiday you would like to work.  If we do not have enough volunteers then we will schedule as always, in order among classes and alphabetically as the dates fall.

†    We will keep an accurate Sub List posted for parents to utilize should they have a conflict with their Bingo date.   It will be posted on the BINGO Board in the school hallway and on the Schools Web pages.    The substitute workers usually get paid by the scheduled person to work in their place.  Do you wish to be on the BINGO SUB LIST?

†     In addition to the support obligation for bingo, there are many opportunities to continue to help Bingo run smoothly. A monthly caller for bingo would fulfill the bingo support obligation and ALL volunteer points for the year. Callers work 2 ½ hr. shifts.  We also have ample opportunity for people to work in the snack bar from 4:30pm to 7pm for volunteer points.  You can also work extra nights for points, if we have holes in the schedule.  If these interest you please check the option below.
