During the Summer Catechesis Program, every morning children of the Community will join together at Power Lab to discover Jesus’ miraculous power to be thankful, to help others, to be brave, to live forever, and to tell others about God.  The morning will include stations at Sonic Sing & Play, Bible Blast Stories, Hyperspeed Games, Test Tube Snacks, Chadder’s Cinema Science, Wacky Works Crafts & Missions, and a Faith Fusion Finale.   Please join us for an awesome power-packed adventure!

Prepare to get plugged in and blown away by the power of Jesus’ love during the Ascension Catholic Community
Summer Catechesis Program 2008! 

It is time to get plugged in for Ascension Catholic Community’s Summer Catechesis Program 2008, “Power Lab” where kids discover Jesus’ miraculous power!  Get ready for an exciting adventure, following Jesus as he heals, helps and gives power to people who need him.  Power Lab is fizzing with fun for kids, teenagers, and adults. 

Power Lab Directors Kim-Lee Luchs and Carol-Ann Zaroogian are recruiting adult and teenage volunteers to join the adventure scheduled for the week of June 23 - 27, 2008; with volunteer opportunities for set-up available June 18, 19, 20.  Please submit your volunteer form as soon as possible.  If you do not see us in the ACS hallways, please leave the volunteer form with Flo at the Ascension Church office.  Interested volunteers please contact Kim-Lee Luchs at 452-8231, email misha1018@aol.com or Carol-Ann Zaroogian at 253-0383, email zaroogian-carol-ann@cfl.rr.com. 

FINGERPRINTING INFORMATION:

For those needing fingerprinting (everyone 14 years of age and older by June who does not have current fingerprints on file with the Diocese of Orlando) please make an appointment for:

Wednesday, May 21 Livescan at Ascension.  Appointments are available from 9am – 4pm.
