Ascension Catholic School is committed to maintaining a Catholic community of companions on the journey toward academic excellence, global service, and life-long learning. I live this out by showing resepct to all people, by being responsible for my actions, by showing reverence and by making right choices. I begin this today. Our Beliefs: All children are a part of a global community of life-long learners. Students seeking a parochial education should have equal access to the school regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, learning style, physical challenges or economic limitations. Students can understand the reality of global interdependence, which leads to a heightened sense of social justice, personal responsibility, and respect for others and the world around them. A well-rounded education includes the spiritual, intellectual, physical, creative, social, psychological, and emotional formation of all students. Catholic education is rooted in message, community, service, and worship an serves as an element of evangelization within the school, the parish, the local community, the Church and the world. |
